Project 5 Progress Post

This was the only picture I have of this piece, I added it after my post.

This painting is going pretty well. I just finished getting my piece laser printed. I painted a white base coat where I plan on painting later, and I've started sketching my painting. I am going to try layering my acrylics more this time, like I learned in the acrylic painting book I read for my Q2 art participation. I'm a little concerned about how light the laser printed part looks, but I hope it will be easier to distinguish once I get the painting started. The painted part will be dark so it should contrast with the hand and window.

Overall, I'm excited to see how this piece turns out! It's not my most ambitious, but I think it'll be fun to paint.
