Experience Post - Rosalind Koons

I really enjoyed this lunchtime lecture and I was mesmerized by Rosalind Koons' unique sculptures. Her process was so impressive and I liked how she incorporated themes from her life into her art. I was curious about how she decided to use the materials she used and how she learned how to handle them. I was also curious about her inspirations for her pieces. Where does she find the inspiration for such one of a kind works? Her work can influence my work by encouraging me to try new materials and create my own process. Her work reminds me that I can use any material I want in any way that I want, while still creating art that shows craftsmanship and dedication.
